Elies Counselling & Consulting is a private psychology & wellness practice based in Bexley North and offering professional psychology services Online.
- Counselling is offered to couples, parents and parents to be, young adults from 17 years old and adults.
- Couples therapy is offered using The Gottman’s Method;
- The Circle of Security Parent Program is a relationship based parenting program offered to parents of children of all ages;
- Our services support people experiencing a range of life challenges and mental health conditions including adjustment to life events, depression, anxiety, complex PTSD, PTSD, low self-esteem, grief and more;
- Services can also be sort for general personal growth and life skill development.
- Therapeutic modalities include: CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema therapy, Interpersonal psychotherapy, person-centered and trauma-informed values.
