Yes, currently, all appointments are via Zoom.
What do I need to do on the day of my online appointment?
At the time of your appointment, a link will be sent to your email address. Click the link at the time of your appointment and follow the instructions. Ensure you have absolute privacy.
How can I pay for an online or telephone session?
An invoice will be emailed to you with instructions to pay online. The payment is due at the start of your appointment.
- What if I don’t have a credit or debit card? Please let your psychologist know at the start of your appointment and we will discuss your options.
Can I claim a Medicare Rebate?
If you have a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist, you may be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please call us if you would like more information.
The Medicare rebate is $96.65 in 2024/2025, for individual sessions.
Do I need a referral to see a psychologist?
No referral is necessary, unless you wish to claim the Medicare rebate, then you will need to book an extended appointment with your GP so they can complete a mental health care plan with you and prepare a referral letter.
